Welcome to Shivayexch. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“player”, “you”) and Shivayexch (“we”, “us”, operating the website at shivayexch.live). By accessing the site, creating an account or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Shivayexch, you accept these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & age

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play.

3. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Genuine Shivayexch staff will never ask for your full password or one-time passcodes. Never share these with anyone.
• We may request identity verification before processing certain transactions in order to protect you and prevent fraud.
• Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, play & withdrawals

• Deposits can be made from a minimum of ₹100 using supported UPI apps or bank transfer. Funds are added to your wallet for use on the platform.
• All play is conducted using the balance in your wallet. Outcomes of games are final once confirmed.
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified UPI or bank account, subject to standard security and verification checks. We aim to settle withdrawals promptly, 24×7.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse transactions that are suspected to involve fraud, error, collusion or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & promotions

• Bonuses, welcome offers, cashback and referral rewards are discretionary and may carry specific conditions, including wagering requirements and validity periods.
• Bonuses may not be abused. We may withdraw a bonus and any associated winnings where we reasonably believe a promotion has been exploited or terms breached.

6. Fair use & conduct

• You agree not to use bots, automation, exploits or any unfair method to gain an advantage.
• You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players may result in suspension of your account.

7. Limitation of liability

Shivayexch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from gaming, technical interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control. Gaming carries financial risk; you play at your own discretion and risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
